I am a freelance illustrator, author, and naturalist with a particular fondness for whales, ravens, bats, slime molds, and salamanders. I've lived all over the US but fell in love with the Pacific Northwest and am proud to now call it my home. I am a certified California Naturalist and American Cetacean Society naturalist, with aspirations to learn about my new home in the PNW as well. My goal is to use illustration as a tool to educate about science and inspire others to fall in love with the natural world, as I have.
