Hi I'm Daniel Isaccs, World Traveller who loves to eat. Yes, I literally Live to Eat... and travel. I have spent the last 9 years travelling the world, it became clear to me that the foods I was experiencing were a key part of my interest in travelling. So I decided to take my knowldge of cooking and share it in my books. I'm a keen food critic who loves the standard American Dishes around but want to also share some of the other wordly foods I came across.
