Gabrial Grant

Gabrial Grant (1982) was born in Greenwood, Mississippi but moved out to the West Coast at age two. After spending half his life in San Jose, California (where his love for poetry began) Gabrial moved to Sacramento, California at age 18. Gabrial is a college graduate and a former head football coach for the youth in the Sacramento area. Holding down 3 jobs to support his family Gabrial's passion for writing never wavered. He wrote and published his very first book Writer's Block in 2017 with the goal of using his passion to re-introduce the art of poetry to the world. Since his first release Gabrial has written multiple books in various genres, each with the intention to challenge himself and give his audience something different. The art of creating is evident with each page and Gabrial using a unique style of mixing real life issues and creating fictional tales which make the books more relatable.
