Born in a small town to hard working parents, Bill Moore spent the summers of his formative years playing in the hills and coal mines of rural Eastern Kentucky. He began his restaurant journey in 1977, quickly moving up the ranks from crew member to management trainer. Bill moved to the Sunshine State in the mid 80's and on to the USVI in the early 90's. Returning to Florida Bill continued his restaurant and food vendor experience before finally hanging up his apron and spatula in 2017. His career ending with managing dozens of locations for nine different major chains, as well as, his own food carts and restaurants. Following the Zig Ziglar mantra of "You can have anything in life you want... IF you will just help enough other people get what they want" Bill is putting all his training and trainer experience in his books to encourage and guide future restaurateurs and street vendors.
