Sarah Tomley

Sarah Tomley studied philosophy and literature at the University of Warwick, UK, and went on to work in the publishing industry as a commissioning editor for some of the UK's leading publishing houses. In 2011 she retrained in psychotherapy and counselling and now works as an IFS therapist and Integrative Supervisor in the UK. As an author, her books reflect her life-long interest in the workings of the human mind.
