Eli Boschetto

Eli Boschetto grew up hiking the high passes and alpine meadows of California’s Sierra Nevada before migrating to the Northwest in 2005. Since then, he has extensively hiked, written about, and photographed trails around Oregon, Washington and British Columbia. Over the course of his trail journeys, he has performed as a Northwest correspondent for Backpacker and served as the editor of Washington Trails. Most recently, Eli is the author of Hiking the Pacific Crest Trail: Oregon and the founder of PCT: Oregon. When not on the trail or assisting Oregon’s PCT hikers, Eli enjoys Portland’s local, sustainable food scene and catching the latest flicks at his local theater pub.
