If I could talk to myself at the age of 5, I would have a world of advice. This advice is the inspiration behind each of my books. I grew up as a people pleaser. I put everybody else first and never thought about what I wanted. I went on to lead a life that wasn’t me at all and I ended up very lost. So, I wrote the "Think for Myself" series in the hopes that I could help my kids avoid doing the same. I'm also a big believer in feeding our bodies good food. Being aware of all the health benefits to eating real food, I figured I could have saved myself years of stomach pain with what I know now, so, I wrote "We Are What We Eat". Anyone that knows me knows that I’ve always been an exceptionally positive person with BIG dreams. It wasn’t until a few years back that I realized that ALL of my BIG dreams have always come true. The Law of Attraction truly works, and I can’t imagine how much BIGGER I would have dreamed if I knew this from a young age. It’s powerful information that I would want myself to know as a little girl, so I wrote "We Are What We Think". I have a lot more advice coming, and I hope that my books serve as a great way to raise Holistic Thinking Kids! On a more personal note - I have 3 energetic kids with wild imaginations. They would all say that my kale chips are their favorite food. They definitely think for themselves, but sometimes I wish I wrote the book, "Listen to what you're told" to make my life easier! We live out of town, totally off the grid, in a log cabin that we built from scratch. We grow our own food, speak our own minds, and dream really big!
