I'm a working mom during the day, but when I sleep it's like I dream in vivid story lines. Sometimes dialogue between characters runs in my head when I'm walking down the hall, or driving in my car. The books I currently write are personal, long time period, labors of love. I apologize for any grammatical errors, writing on the same book for several years in your free time makes it easy to overlook glaring issues you think sound right. I consider myself a die-hard geek. I grew up reading comic books and watching Star Wars before all of that was considered cool. I still love to marathon the Lord of the Rings movies, and gobble up every sci-fi or fantasy movie or book I have time to watch or read. I do have a bit of a bad ass alter ego. I ride my own Harley-Davidson Iron 883, and support any female empowerment cause there is. One of the first books that I remember actually enjoying reading and starting to love literature was "Jane Eyre." Because of my love for those types of books you will usually see a little bit of romance, a little bit of mystery, a little bit of horror, a little bit of the paranormal, and a little bit of tragedy in all my books.
