MICHAEL STUART BASKIN

Michael Stuart Baskin (1947- ). While Baskin's studies at the University of Illinois prepared him for a career in musicology or composition, his life's experiences, spiritual reflection and disciplined self-education enabled a broader spectrum of possibilities. As an author, his diverse passions have yielded a variety genres. To date, he's written a BEST SELLING autobiographical memoir of his tour of duty in Vietnam, an epic, fantasy graphic novel, a comprehensive Christian apologetic, a novice's guide to classical music appreciation and (most recently) a critical investigation of the traditional Christian beliefs concerning God's attributes.
