Inna Lukyanovsky

Inna Lukyanovsky is a Doctor of Pharmacy, an expert in complementary medicine options for gut health, and a Crohn’s patient in full remission. Her career started as a traditional pharmacist and her mission later became to heal herself and help others with IBD. During her time as a certified geriatric consultant pharmacist, Dr. Inna worked in a nursing home setting as part of an interdisciplinary team. She consulted on thousands of chronic, autoimmune, and other complicated cases which mainly incorporated pharmaceutical medications. After a short period of time, Dr. Inna was able to advise and influence the use of vitamin, mineral, and micronutrient supplementation for the nursing home residents. She became an expert in clinical pharmacology and familiar with identifying drug-related problems. After fourteen years of researching Crohn’s disease, colitis, and other digestive disorders, she is now combining the newest clinical information with her expertise and personal experience to launch a program to help digestive disease sufferers. Dr. Inna is also working on root cause and analysis-based protocols for her clients. Since opening her practice, Real Health Solutions, she has helped hundreds of clients with their IBD, digestive problems, hormone imbalances, and other chronic conditions that could not have been resolved by traditional medicine alone. Dr. Inna successfully incorporates her extensive knowledge of functional medicine into every case that comes into her practice. She is truly passionate about helping people regain their health, vibrancy, and joy for life. She lives with her husband and three sons in Marlboro, New Jersey.
