Armin A. Zadeh, MD, PhD, MPH, was born Düsseldorf, Germany. After attending medical school in Berlin and Düsseldorf, he went to Scotland for postgraduate training. He came to the United States in 1995 to complete his education in medicine, public health, and research. Since 2006, he has been teaching at Johns Hopkins University. He has authored more than one hundred scientific articles and is an editor of scholarly books in medicine. Besides medicine, he has a strong interest in philosophy with a particular focus on mending its ideas with concepts from biology and sciences. He is the author of “THE FORGOTTEN ART OF LOVE”. He is married and became a citizen of the United States in 2012.
