Cara Carin Cifelli was born in Chicago and raised in sunny Phoenix, Arizona befor moving to Los Angeles were she now lives and works as a Holistic Health Coach. Throughout the years she has been in many areas of the industry, owning her own resturant, working as a private chef and a content creator online with her blog www.caraskitchen.net. Now she is truly doing her souls work, teaching men and women how to heal their relationships with food, learn to trust their bodies, and become intuitive eaters. It was through who own battle with an eating disorder that allows her to be a relateable and effective coach for others.
