She can often be seen at games cheering on the many Colorado professional sports teams. In addition to attending sporting events, Kelsey also finds enjoyment in spending time outside. Whether she is spending time with her family’s horses or sitting around a campfire, she loves summertime in the Rocky Mountains. Her family has owned horses since she was in high school. When given the opportunity, Kelsey enjoys traveling. Every year, she spends some of the summer break exploring the east coast with her family. There are many places Kelsey hopes to travel to someday. This is Me! My Journey with Turner Syndrome is Kelsey’s first book. At the age of 16, Kelsey’s life took an unexpected turn when she found out she has a form of Turner syndrome. Her book shares the journey she has been on since learning about that diagnosis. Events that took place in her life starting in December 2017 inspired the book. The journey has not always been easy but, through everything, she has become a stronger person and learned a lot. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to share her story. Throughout the journey, she has found strength, empowerment and so much more.
