After earning a Master's Degree in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Florida, he has worked as a nuclear engineer with real design engineering problems for decades until today. He collaborates with universities by giving seminars, directing students on master's projects and is a frequent speaker at international conferences. Thanks to these activities, he believes that although many technical and scientific problems are different, they can be addressed with a common vision and in a simple way. He feels that his literary contribution on Python is an outstanding debt to his professional colleagues and a small help for new and not so new engineers in their daily work.
