Steve Holl

Steve Holl, CCIE Collaboration No. 22739, is a principal architect in Cisco's CX organization, currently working on solution architecture and automation outcomes for professional and managed services. Steve is an innovator, as co-inventor for 8 patents (issued or pending), In prior, Steve has managed a global engineering team that supported Cisco's cloud hosted collaboration platforms for some of Cisco’s largest customers. Joining Cisco in 2005, he previously served as a team lead for voice solutions in the Global Technical Assistance Center (TAC). Steve graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a bachelor of science in Applied Networking and System Administration, and he later completed a master’s of engineering in Engineering Management at the University of Colorado Boulder. In addition to holding a CCIE since 2008, he also holds ITIL Expert, PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, and AWS Solution Architect Professional certifications. In his spare time, he enjoys playing loud guitar solos, mountain biking, and cooking with his family.
