Bernard M. Resnick

Bernard M. Resnick, Esq. is a musician that went to law school.  He practices as an entertainment attorney in Philadelphia, PA.  His law firm, Bernard M. Resnick, Esq., P.C., has earned over 100 gold, platinum, Billboard #1 and other music industry awards for deals negotiated and drafted on behalf of the firm’s clients, representing sales of over 170,000,000 records.  Resnick plays double bass in the Main Line Symphony Orchestra, teaches Entertainment Law at Villanova Law School, and voted for the Grammy Awards for many years.  He plays a little poker, runs a few 5k races every year, and also occasionally writes and produces pop, heavy metal and rap songs.  As an author, Resnick has written numerous academic papers and has contributed chapters to several textbooks, including the Musicians' Business and Legal Guide. He has published the non-fiction disaster planning book “The Big List.” His work of crime fiction, a short story entitled “Mis Problemas”, was selected for inclusion in the crime fiction anthology “Suspicious Activity”, published November, 2018 by Devil’s Party Press.
