This is the majestic Greece. This is the place where I saw the first sun light, the clear blue sky and the deep blue sea. It is the place where I had the first tasting experience through my mom’s and Grand mom’s hands. Everything cooked with care, love and fresh ingredients, something that later food specialists called “Mediterranean Diet”. Recipes and Ingredients that keep them connected to the family, to the traditions and of course to Greece." Ioanna Lazarou has more than 30 years of experience in ujavascript:void(0)pscale Greek Culinary. She has worked as a Head Chef for more than 14 years in well-known Greek Restaurant Groups, in South Florida, being in charge to organize and overseeing their total culinary operation. She has found hidden secrets of several herbs and their enormous medical benefits which can be prepared in special and unique ways. She has decided to create a series of books under the title “The GrMommy Kitchen Series” where she will dwell in the therapeutic attributes of the Greek cuisine in combination with different herbs. The books would be written in series because she wants each volume to be compact, detailed, easily digestible to the readers in order to allow them to try out our Greek cuisine and understudy their health situations before the release of another volume.
