About Nina Hanssen

Nina Hanssen (1967-) was born in Trondheim, Norway, grew up in Hommelvik, a small village by the fjord. She has a degree in social science from the University of Trondheim(NTNU) and a Master of Art in journalism from City University in London, UK.
Nina Hanssen is an experienced and passionate strategic thinker in the fields of human and social development. An award-winning journalist, Nina has visited many countries to study and analyse labour market trends, health sector developments and womens rights. She has also published six books about health issues and politics.
She currently holds speeches about the future world of work and on gender issues. She is also a popular motivational lecturer about flow and positive psychology, running, breathing techniques and communication skills.
She is currently a national trade union leader for journalists and was the founder of Female Business Innovation Conference in Norway.
