Thank you for taking the time to visit my page. I am an author specializing in Historical Fiction, and my family background traces back to the Land of the Rising Sun. My mother used to share with us many stories of her samurai ancestors. For the past two decades, I have resided in the United Kingdom, leveraging my background in Economics to work in finance and IT. Throughout my life, I have been fortunate to live in diverse countries, such as: the UK, Switzerland, Japan, and Brazil. This multicultural experience has enriched my understanding of various customs and cultures, shaping me into a more well-rounded individual. I firmly believe that ignorance is the root cause of prejudice, and I hold great reverence for tradition as it embodies a people's history and heritage. Each nation boasts a captivating past, and every culture carries a distinctive legacy deserving of respect.

History has always captivated me, as evidenced by my overflowing bookshelves, kindle, and audible folders filled with historical books and fiction novels. I simply cannot get enough of them. Additionally, I am an avid traveler, often selecting my destinations based on the fascinating historical books I have devoured.

Writing has been a lifelong passion of mine, beginning in childhood and persisting into adulthood. After numerous attempts and refining my narratives, I finally felt confident enough to share my work with others, leading me to publish my writings. Reading and writing have always served as a solace during challenging times, and while some may view it as escapism, I firmly believe that reading or writing can never become a detrimental addiction.

"The Goddesses of Japan" is a book I wrote in honor of my late father, Youzi. When I was just seven years old, he would regale me with tales of Creation and Ancient Japan at bedtime, sparking my fascination with these stories. I made it my mission to one day bring these narratives to a wider audience through my writing.

I sincerely hope that my readers derive as much pleasure from reading my books as I derive from writing them. Every month, I send out a newsletter to my readers, which serves as a blog of sorts. Each newsletter features a brief article on an intriguing topic, book recommendations, and links to websites where you can download free ebooks or purchase them at discounted prices.
