Ellen Van Oosten

Ellen B. Van Oosten, PhD is Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior and Faculty Director of Executive Education at Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management. She is also Director of the Weatherhead Coaching Research Lab. Her research and teaching interests include coaching, leadership development, intentional change and emotional intelligence. She has authored several academic and practitioner articles and has over twenty years of experience coaching executives and leaders. She is a board-certified coach and holds the ICF coach certification.
