Jeffrey Larsen

Jeffrey Larsen is a food stylist, project manager, art director, recipe developer, product developer, pastry chef, cookbook author and baking instructor. Jeffrey has worked on a number of cookbooks, online apps, cooking magazines, food packaging and food advertising/marketing.

Jeffrey has taught allergen free baking extensively throughout the San Francisco, Bay Area.

His cookbook, Gluten Free Baking at Home, is a labor of love between Jeff and his mother Phyllis. All the recipes were developed by the two of them as a way of understanding and conquering their food allergies and gluten intolerance.
