Amanda Fox is an award winning teacher and Savannah, Georgia native who currently lives and works in Prospect, Kentucky. Recipient of the 2016 ISTE Emerging Leader Award, recognized as a PBS Digital innovator for her initiatives in enhancing student learning with technology, Fox has also served as President of the Young Educator Network for ISTE, and received the President's Volunteer Award. Amanda writes on edtech topics, and is an author and illustrator of children's books. Amanda has authored the following books on leveraging educational technology in the classroom: The Canva Classroom, The A to Z to Field Guide to Canva, and Teachingland. She is the co-author of The AI Classroom: Teaching and Learning in the Artificial Intelligence Revolution, and up and coming titles --The Canva Math Classroom, and The Quiver Classroom. Her passion is bringing whimsical and educational stories to children through illustrations and rhyme. Her titles include: Zom-Be a Design Thinker, The Markertown Series (Markertown and Markertown: The First Day of School, and Artie Bot Draws A Lot Her books are brought to life using augmented reality powered by Quiver Vision, and children are invited to bring their drawings to life with the magical Quiver App. Her inspiration for all of her stories come from her kids Rowan, Bridgit, Connor, and Finn, who are constantly giving her ideas for new stories, and adventures to inspire the world.
