BEN MOORE, born in England in 1966, is a professor of Astrophysics at the University of Zurich. He researches the origin and evolution of the universe and how stars, planets and galaxies form. Ben also enjoys writing about the latest discoveries in science – he is a columnist for Das Magazin and has written several popular science books including the bestselling “Unrewarded: the discovery of our universe in 42 Nobel Prizes that were never awarded“, "Moon: past, present & future" and “Elephants in space: the history & future of life and the universe.”.
