R. Anthony Mills Sr

R. Anthony Mills, Sr. was born in Brooklyn, New York and moved to Baltimore, Maryland where he graduated high school, matriculating to and receiving a Bachelors degree in 1988 (Political Science with a concentration in Criminal Justice, and minors in Sociology and Public Relations) from Frostburg State College (now University), a Master’s degree (Legal & Ethical Studies) in 1995 from the University of Baltimore. He has begun his doctoral journey (Urban Education Leadership) at Morgan State University. He is a 1987 initiate of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity and has served in several leadership roles. He is a financial coach and senior-level business consultant specializing in coaching and management for SMBs and non-profit organizations, financial management, project management and process improvements.
