George A. Isaac

George Isaac has over forty years of family business, senior executive management, management consulting, and private equity investing experience. As the former CEO of his third-generation family manufacturing, services, and real estate investment businesses, his operating businesses saw six-fold revenue and double-digit earnings growth during his eight years of leadership. He later served as board and executive committee member, corporate EVP, and divisional CEO of a $1+ billion public company before transitioning to consulting full time and overseeing his second and fourth-generation family real estate businesses and co-managing his family office and family foundation. Early in his career, Isaac was a Partner at Deloitte Consulting. Isaac has served on over twenty-five boards, including fifteen corporate boards, several of which were family businesses. He has participated on executive, audit, compensation, and investment board committees for companies ranging in size from $30M to $1BB+. Currently, Isaac advises on family business strategies and management through George Isaac Consulting, speaks at national and international conferences, lectured at USC's Executive Education Family Business Program, and writes articles on family enterprise issues for CNBC, Family Business Magazine, Directors & Boards Magazine, Trusts & Estate Journal, and Wealth Management, among other publications.
