Steven E. Justice (aka Steve) is a writer, photographer, cyclist, hiker, and traveler. Alas, those professions have provided inadequate income to sustain his addiction to a middle class lifestyle. So, rather than live as a starving artist, he has taken work as a pharmacist for the past 30 years. This immersion in the regimented world of comfort and conformity produced both gratitude and contempt, which Steve translated into humorous, sentimental, and often sarcastic posts on Facebook. His work was noticed by Grace Ragland, a bike-racing free spirit who wanted help writing her memoirs. The result of their collaboration was Divide By One, a book which is being adapted into a documentary film. HIs second book, Strangers on the Water (with John Doan) was another memoir about the lives of a Vietnamese family during the war years. Steve lives with his wife and two dogs in Huntsville, Alabama. They have two grown children.
