My name is David V. Kaufman, and I am an author and editor. I have degrees in Linguistics and Anthropology and specialize primarily in Native North American language documentation and revitalization. My interests, however, go far beyond this. I am a history fanatic, and I enjoy studying comparative world cultures, mythologies, and religions. I am also a polyglot who enjoys learning languages as well as writing about them!
