Christopher Ancona holds a BSME from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Iowa graduating top in his class. Chris has managed industrial projects in a dozen countries around the world, has taught at the University of Iowa, SKEMA business School France, London Business School, and Oxford Business School – as well as taught programs to executives at large multi-national companies. Chris has both practical and theoretical experience and background in finding ways to go beyond perceived limitations to achieve goals. He has a passion for inspiring people to become their best and live lives they love. Chris has co-authored multiple papers in Neuroleadership and co-wrote the book: Psychological SAFETY: The Key to Happy, high-performing people and teams. Chris's latest work, The Alignment Quotient, is the result of more than 20 years of a life's journey seeking a way to powerfully live a life one loves despite the situation or circumstances one faces - and was written both as a tribute to my Grandparents who saved my life, and as a gift for my son in case something happened to me, that he would have a guide to powerfully live his life despite whatever may come his way.
