Ole Qvist-Sørensen has more than 20 years of international experience in designing and facilitating strategy processes in small and large international organizations like IKEA, the UN, WWF and SAP. He assists leadership teams and executive management in cultivating a more visual way of working. He is founder and partner in Bigger Picture, a Scandinavian strategy, learning and design agency established in 2003. During the pandemic grew a need for new tools for remote and hybrid. In 2020 Ole co-founded VisualCollaboration.Academy where these visuals skills, methods and tools are now presented and taught online. Ole holds an MA in Organizational Learning and Adult Learning from Roskilde University, Denmark, and a graduate degree from the business and design school KaosPilot.dk. Ole lives in Copenhagen with his wife and two children.
