Andrew Russell

Andrew Russell was born in Tokoroa, New Zealand and has always had a keen interest in aviation from an early age. His passion for aviation led to him blogging about the crash of Continental Airlines Flight 11, thousands of miles from his home and decades before he was born. A simple blog that was started out of curiosity in 2007 during a university media studies paper went on to become an amazing effort to unite families of victims from one of America's most tragic plane crashes on May 22, 1962. Andrew has worked in many fields over the years including aviation and more recently administration. He also enjoys skateboarding , travelling and is a self confessed movie buff. Andrew resides in New Zealand but his favorite city is Los Angeles.
