Dustin Hillis

As chief executive officer of Southwestern Family of Companies, Dustin Hillis is leading the way to make Southwestern the most impactful privately-owned company worldwide. Hillis is also a cofounder of Southwestern Consulting and president of Southwestern Coaching (SWC). In its first 10 years, SWC produced over $100mm in revenue and grew at 60 percent per year.

Hillis has been featured in a variety of media outlets such as Entrepreneur, Fortune, The Dave Ramsey Show, and Entrepreneurs on Fire podcast. He has authored multiple books and coaching curriculums. His latest book, Redefining Possible (coauthored with Ron Alford), releases in January 2021.
