David L. Peché

David L Peché is a native of San Antonio and graduate of the city's oldest boy school, Central Catholic. His first book, "Downtown San Antonio," sold out on the day of its release. This later lead him to his quote, "Saving the past while looking into the future." While continuing to do more research and finding history on San Antonio's Hotels he knew what book was next to write. “If there's a book that you want to read, but it hasn't been written yet, then you must write it.” Toni Morrison. San Antonio's Historic Hotels was 13 years in the making. "My passion to preserve and share my city's rich history has been a calling. I am grateful for all the help and support though this amazing and challenging journey." The book was released on October 21, 2019.
