Luis Arturo Pelayo is a Mexican writer and editor. He has a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the Ibero-American University, with a specialization in ethics, and 20-year experience in the publishing sector, working as Editorial Director for the last 13 years. He has also been a university professor of ethics at the Tecnológico de Monterrey for over a decade and received the “Recognition for Academic Performance" for outstanding performance as a university professor of ethics in 2016. Besides his work in the publications field, he is the co-founder and director of Spanish To Move®, an internet-based company that offers courses and materials to facilitate the learning of the Spanish language. In 2001 he won the "1st Place in the National Essay Contest on Youth and Values”, granted by the Federation of Private Mexican Institutions of Higher Education (FIMPES).
