Natalie Wong

Natalie Wong is a Bay Area native, and self-taught macaron expert. As a young girl, she developed a passion for baking with her mother. She started a macaron catering business when she was 19 years old, and for 7 years has continued to perfect her recipe. She is also the author of the blog Love and Macarons, a blog that shares recipes, tips, and tricks about making macarons. She quit her job in commercial real estate to pursue baking macarons full time, and she one day hopes of opening her own bakery for all to share her delicious creations with the world.
