Terri Dien is native New Yorker living in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2003, she left political consulting to pursue her lifelong passion and enrolled in City College of San Francisco’s Culinary Arts and Hospitality Studies program. She worked in restaurants, in both savory and pastry roles; and for the last 15 years has taught cooking classes for Draeger’s Cooking School, South San Francisco Parks and Recreation, and Sur La Table. Currently she is Executive Program Chef for Child Care at Google, providing delicious plant-forward meals for children and their educators. Terri lives in San Mateo, California with her husband, Paul, and their cats Sarah and Henry.
