Jess is a writer, illustrator, creatrix, and global adventurer. She has worked with many amazing humans from studios like Disney, Marvel, Nickelodeon, Penguin Random House, Macmillan, and Scholastic Canada. Alongside her awesome agent Kelly Sonnack, Jess has illustrated over 20 books and now has four books of her own. Creating honest stories with unique characters who navigate real-life situations is what brings her the greatest joy. Especially when adults read her books to each other! At 10 years old Jess moved across the country on a school bus, that is but one of the random stories in her life. She continues to lead a unique and adventure-filled existence. Other places you can find Jess - hammocking in the trees with her imagination, flying to distant lands by jet, or sipping delicious coffee on random continents.
