Thomas Cicardo

A native of Alexandria, Louisiana, Thomas Cicardo is a graduate of the F.B.I. National Academy in Quantico, Virginia and the L.S.U. Law Enforcement Institute in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He served for thirty years with the Alexandria Police Department, retiring as chief of police.
