Dr. Frank Skretch, DPT, CMTPT is a physical therapist who owns and operates Anchor Point Physical Therapy, a private practice in the Annapolis, Maryland area. He received his doctorate in physical therapy from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia and his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland at College Park.
