P. E. Barnes

P.E. Barnes is a notable children’s book author and a real estate investor. She was inspired to start this children’s entrepreneurship series after speaking at a entrepreneurship day event an underprivileged school in Chicago. She desired to give children access to financial literacy and entrepreneurship on a consistent basis and Little Owners was birthed.

Little Owners books have been featured in Black Enterprise, Chicago Fox 32, Rolling Out, and school systems and organizations such as YMCA and Jack & Jill have used the books to add value to their students.

A native of Chicago, P.E. Barnes has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
