Mary Gladstone-Highland, MPA, CFRE, is a nonprofit professional with fourteen years of experience leading and coaching organizations. Mary founded Spark Group LLC, a nonprofit consulting firm that ignites healthy organizations through structure, collaboration, influence, and vision. At Spark Group, Mary provides Fund Development consulting as well as Strategic Planning, Program Design & Evaluation, Board Development, and more. She is a graduate of the Maxwell School of Citizenship & Public Affairs at Syracuse University. She holds a Master of Public Administration and a Certificate in Advanced Study in Conflict and Collaboration. She is also a Certified Fund Raising Executive who has raised over $3.4 million for numerous organizations over the past five years.
