Roline Casper

Roline Casper was born in the Pearl of the Orient: Manila, Philippines. She is the dancing chef, spunky owner, and the voice behind the Instagram stories of Roline's located in Vacaville, California and has been featured in the magazine, California Bountiful, and the Napa Valley Register newspaper. She graduated valedictorian from the Napa Valley Cooking School in St. Helena. "The Easy Filipino Cookbook: 100 Classics Made Simple" is her first book...so far.
