Eva Evans is a certified nutritionist (NASM accredited), chef, and mother of three.

She is currently one of the leading experts in the healthy eating movement and has helped thousands of people lose weight and maintain their health by translating the science of highly effective diet programs into practical guides and cookbooks. Eva develops personalized nutrition and dietary intervention programs to treat and prevent metabolic disorders, prevent the development of diabetes, cardiovascular disease, endocrine disorders, and obesity. She is the co-author and trainer of an online course on a comprehensive approach to healthy living that has already become popular in many countries around the world. It includes aspects of healthy eating, exercise, and developing a productive and positive mindset. Over 30,000 people have participated in the program. Eva is also the creator of the author's course "School of Diabetes" and "Conscious Eating", which includes an introduction to the modern approach to dietetics and its practical application in everyday life.

But Eva's life hasn't always been easy. In fact, she spent her entire youth struggling with overweight and eating disorders due to unbalanced and disorganized eating. After two years of deep depression and social isolation, and unsuccessfully trying more than 10 diets promising fantastic results, Eva had almost completely lost faith in success. Tired of it all, she decided to study nutrition and physiology at Berkeley, where she graduated with honors.

After years of study and hands-on testing, she finally found the keys to getting back to her ideal weight and, above all, to maintaining it sustainably: systematic nutrition programming. Through her systematic approach and programmed nutrition, she was able to lose 80 pounds in 1,5 years and regain her health and life. This experience led her to try effective weight loss and wellness programs that have helped thousands of people regain their psychophysical balance.

Eva believes that there is no universal diet and works with each person individually based on their goals, genetics, and physiological traits. Only after an in-depth analysis of the client does she choose the right program to meet their needs.

Her mission is to help as many people as possible with her systematic diet programs, which she shares through her books and educational events.

Eva currently lives in New York City with her husband, three children, and a golden retriever named Toby.
