Polly Zielonka

Polly Zielonka, PhD, is an author and mom of two little ones, with a love for psychology. After her second baby was born, she was looking for books that would help her own daughter understand more about infant development and becoming a big sister. This is what inspired her to create a series of books that would highlight how the baby grows and changes in the first year or so - from a sleepy little newborn to a walking, talking, playful toddler. In her professional life, Polly has a background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and is the founder of Retirement Life Plan, where she conducts research and develops resources to better prepare individuals for the transition to retirement life. She has also published a book based on her research, Retirement Life Plan: Navigating the transition from a rewarding career.
