Alicja Urbanowicz

Alicja Urbanowicz is a conductor, organist, and a professor of piano, and music theory. The creator and conductor of the big band Orchestra Wrzesniak Glassworks. She conducts an active concert activity as a pianist, accompanist and church organist. She is the recipient of the "Teacher of the Year" prestigious award from the Music Education and Animation Association in Warsaw for her extraordinary achievements and contribution to music education and culture.

Alicja has a Master's degree in Music Pedagogy at the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce and completed postgraduate studies in Cultural Management in the European Dimension at the Academy of Music in Krakow.

Currently, Alicja works with music students of all ages in her private studio, and conducts music workshops in public schools and universities. She creates music and books that make the learning process simpler and more enjoyable for students and teachers.
