Heather Lean is a devoted mother and wife who loves to write children's books that inspire and uplift families everywhere. Her first book, Angel Grandma, was written after grieving the loss of her mother and mother-in-law. After writing this book, she found herself writing several others, which ignited her passion for writing children’s books. Heather enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets. She has thirteen hens (they're like potato chips, you can't have just one), two cats and a very lovable Golden Retriever named Beau.
Heather is a two-time winner of the Purple Dragonfly Award, for Angel Grandma in 2020 and Angel Grandpa in 2021, a Reader's Favorite for God Hears My Song, a Book Excellence Award Winner for Imagine a World and a 2022 Catholic Media Award for Mysteries of The Holy Rosary, The Life of Jesus and Mary.
