Amy Mower is an author and ultra runner currently dividing her time between Seattle and California. A multi-day specialist, she is a member in good standing of the Seattle based “Bad Influence Running Club” (BIRCs). She is currently the US record holder for the women’s 6-day age 50-54 age group with 453 miles, the 2024 USATF 100 Mile Age Group National Champion, and the author/editor of “Run to Save Your Life”, a compilation of stories and poems by runners. When not running, she spends her time knitting and baking sourdough bread.
