Linette is a Certified Mindful Schools facilitator and a Trained Mindful Self-Compassion teacher with a background of Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness training. She has a passion for helping teens and young adults find more joy and compassion in life through the practices of mindfulness and self-compassion. Both practices can support teens to work through and manage anxiety, stress, depressive thoughts, and overall lack of joy in life. She's very grateful to do the work she does.
