It was a rainy day in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico in 2014 when I had enough. My heavy professional Canon camera and lens was weighing me down, and I was feeling frustrated with lugging so much gear around. With the type of revelation usually reserved for mystics, I looked at my iPhone 4s and said to myself, “Why not give it a try?”

It was that day that changed the course of my career. It launched me into becoming an international authority on iPhone photography and photo editing. Since then my various iPhone models and I have photographed Thailand, Latvia, Japan, Italy, Israel, India, Greece, England, the Caribbean, Canada, the U.S. and Mexico.

Two years later, in 2014, I was asked to do an interview with the largest iPhone photography training company in the world, iPhone Photography School. This interview was the catalyst to write about iPhone Photography, and to help thousands of online students become far better mobile photographers and editors.

My on-line instruction in 2015 led me to add iPhone photography teaching components in my annual international photography workshops. From 2015 to present I taught my students advanced iPhone photography and editing techniques during my 1 week international photo workshops in Japan, Italy, Greece, the Caribbean, Canada, Jerusalem and Mexico.
