David is a proven expert in transforming organizations into digital. As a freelance interim manager, he’s gained remarkable results in a wide range of organizations – from large global enterprises to SMEs.

He holds a doctoral degree in Business Administrations, where he’s developed a new practical model to apply Lean principles in service organizations.

By sharing his profound insights, he’s helped dozens of organizations and countless individuals to improve their knowledge, capabilities, processes, structures, and performances.

His methods seek always to find a balance between people, processes, organizational structure, and technology. He believes that if one is perfect in processes, but weak in people management, there is no way to deliver value or vice versa. Balance is key.

When he is not reading, writing, or designing systems, he can likely be found spending time in nature with his family.

He currently resides in Northern Germany with his wife, twin children, and three guinea pigs.
