Dani Colombatto grew up in a Northern Italian and Portuguese family where, food is always the topic at hand. Today, she cooks, writes, styles, and photographs food from her sunny Austin home studio (AKA her kitchen) with help from her fiancé, Benjamin, and cats Greg and Lou. If she is not in the kitchen or shooting recipes, you can often find her in her backyard doting on her fruit and vegetable plants, attempting to inspire them into perfect specimens of produce. Dani is known for her colorful, vibrant portrayal of food, and thoughtful, approachable writing style.
